Singapore's Most Trusted Family Contractor
Built on a pledge of transparent pricing, accredited HDB trade standards, and close personal coordination, Your Reno Works Pte Ltd protects Singaporean homeowners against contractor horror stories.
Why We Do Things Differently
In Singapore's renovation industry, stories of phantom contractors vanishing after collecting large deposits, ballooning quotations with unexpected "variation orders" (VOs), and shoddy craftsmanship are unfortunately all too frequent.
As homeowners ourselves, we founded Your Reno Works Pte Ltd with a singular mission: to be our clients' "most trusted Family Contractor." We believe that transforming your home should be an exciting life milestone, not a source of sleepless nights.
We operate out of our permanent design showroom at A'Posh Bizhub in Yishun, holding an active accreditation on HDB's official Directory of Renovation Contractors (DRC). We put every single cost item in writing before any demolition work begins, and we provide dedicated on-site supervision throughout the entire journey.
Tailored for Singapore Urban Living
Singapore's high-density BTO flats and compact condominiums require intelligent spatial zoning, natural light optimization, and strict structural compliance.
2D Floor Plan Ergonomics
We map human movement patterns, opening radii of appliances, and dining clearance zones to ensure every square foot serves a functional purpose.
Tropical Cross-Ventilation
Our spatial designs maximize Singapore's equatorial breezes and natural daylighting, reducing reliance on constant air conditioning and lowering utility bills.
HDB Structural Integrity
We never compromise load-bearing columns or RC beams. All hacking proposals undergo rigorous pre-submission verification to protect your home and your neighbours.
